The first record about this house dates from 1401. At that time it already had a very complicated architectural history behind it. Its original Romanesque style was replaced by Gothic, and the last medieval changes took place here in 1508. The next reconstruction was made between the years 1693-1700, most probably by the architect Jean Baptiste Mathey although we cannot prove it. Later on, its historic value decreased due to the changes made in 1881. A new element in the decoration of the house was the relief of the Virgin Mary, which replaced the original house-marker. Fine Baroque interiors with stucco and fresco ceilings are preserved.
Every miniature magnetic house made of porcelain is original, unique and unrepeatable. Each individual piece might be slightly different in size or shade of colour as we hand paint every single one.
